Privacy notice
Clear handling for every enquiry.
Carnival Mirror collects only what LimeLogic Media Lab needs to assess a band pilot, respond to you, and understand how the public site is used.
Effective 31 July 2026
What we collect
The pilot form collects your name, band or organisation, role, email address, optional WhatsApp number, Carnival market and year, estimated section count, optional registration platform, and project note. We also record the enquiry time, a unique enquiry ID, and limited campaign tags from the page link.
How we use it
LimeLogic uses these details to assess your Carnival Mirror pilot, respond to the enquiry, prepare the right follow-up, and maintain an internal record of the conversation. Form submissions are not added to a marketing list.
Where it is processed
Cloudflare hosts the site, securely relays form submissions, and measures aggregate traffic and performance without receiving your form answers. Google Workspace stores the dedicated enquiry sheet and sends the internal notification.
How long we keep it
Pilot enquiries are retained for up to 12 months. We may keep relevant records longer when a working relationship begins, where accounting or legal duties require it, or until an active matter is complete. Otherwise, you may ask for deletion sooner.
Prototype data
The working try-on prototype is a demonstration. Contact details and activity entered there remain in the current browser tab and are not sent to LimeLogic. Closing the tab ends that session, and the dashboard includes a control to clear the data sooner.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete a pilot enquiry, email admin@limelogicstudio.com. Include enough detail for us to locate the record without sending sensitive information you did not originally provide.
